-to bring raw beauty and inspiration into our lives.

-to encourage you to explore the power of mindfulness practices. I teach mindfulness because of the positive impacts it has offered my life; A sense of empowerment, self acceptance, awareness and calm.

-to minimise the impact we have on the environment and be kind to the earth. I work with reusable kenzos and minimise waste as much as possible.

-to remind myself and those around me to slow down.

-to show my children how to live fearlessly, passionately and consciously.

-Allow breath and space into everything. Just as the rain allows us to appreciate the sunshine, negative space plays an integral part in my design work.

-Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished. I believe in the slow life movement. It creates time for us to take notice of thoughtlistenvalue quality workmanship and nature’s offerings.
