you will be guided through every step of making a beautiful, japanese inspired, floral design which is yours take to home. techniques include petal recessing, binding, and exploring design elements to achieve a sense of harmony and balance in both the floral design and life.

we follow by going inwards, or in yogic terms “pratyahara”, allowing for a state of inner peace and reflection. you will be invited to lay back in a safe and supportive environment, and be gently guided through a 20 minute meditation. it’s a sacred time for you to let go of anxieties, rest your mind and feel rejuvenated.

this class is suitable for everyone, from those with no knowledge or prior awareness of mindfulness, to regularly practising meditators. it is about inspiring healthful emotional and mental wellbeing, reinvigorating and supporting practices you can sustain on a daily basis.
